Carajillo

Tequila, Licor 43, Espresso
The Story

Ingredients
  • 1 oz Reposado Tequila

  • 1 oz Licor 43

  • 1½ oz Espresso

Garnish: Grated Coffee Bean

Preparation
  1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker

  2. Shake with ice until chilled

  3. Double strain into a chilled coupe

  4. Garnish with grated coffee bean


Can also be served in a lowball with a large ice cube if you prefer to take your time sipping this one.
