Green Chartreuse makes another appearance at the Runaway Anchor! This is a twist on a martini, swapping our dry vermouth with sweet vermouth. The chartreuse is the star of the show though; all half ounce of it! Even people who don't dig gin drinks seem to enjoy this one. We used Plymouth gin, so if you lean into the London Dry of things that opinion could change fast (Plymouth Gin = Sweeter and less Juniper). Cheers!
