Greta Garbo

White Rum, Maraschino, Absinthe, Lime, Simple Syrup
The Story

First featured in our Patreon Only, Godfather's Corner, this is a complex daiquiri. The three base elements are all here (white rum, lime, simple syrup). But this cocktail adds in a quarter ounce of Maraschino and Absinthe, which amazingly balance out nicely with each other. This is an easy sipper. Just make sure you aren't anise averse, as the after taste of this cocktail leans into the black licorice for sure. Cheers!

Ingredients
  • 1½ oz White Rum

  • ¼ oz Maraschino Liqueur

  • ¼ oz Absinthe

  • ½ oz Simple Syrup

  • ¾ oz Lime Juice

Preparation
  1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker

  2. Add ice and shake for 10-15 seconds

  3. Double strain into a chilled coupe or Nick and Nora glass
