The Story
The cocktail was on our very first season menu, and it embodies the idea of a "craft cocktail". Combining gin with the lesser known maraschino liqueur and hard to find green chartreuse, you end up with an amazing flavor. The lime juice balances everything out nicely as well.
We've made many craft cocktails over the years, but this was the first one that made us realize the rich world that lay before us, back at the very beginning. We hope you enjoy it as much as we have over the years! Cheers!
Ingredients
¾ oz Dry Gin
¾ oz Green Chartreuse
¾ oz Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice
Garnish with cocktail cherry
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker, add ice, and shake for 10-15 seconds
Drop cherry into bottom of glass, and Double strain into a chilled coupe or nick and nora glass
